Just shots from my phone but thought i would share

Walked up in the rain and wind only for the sun to come out as soon as i set my pack down.

Tarp was up and the sun kept shining.

The weather was then typically welsh so lots of rain and wind. Strange for this time of the year but all the springs were bone dry. So we had to use the water from the tarps. This works well but i would not recommend a yellow string for wicking the water down as it made it turn yellow! very off-putting. So we decided not opt for bought in water.

Lovely time of the year in between the wild weather. Winds were a shocker but to be honest i slept like the proverbial log. Got in about 10 hours a night without opening an eye!
