this started off from Mesquite's thread recently.
Just finished it now, and its a bit rushed, and a nsty split showed up as I was rasping the shape and had to be filled with 2min epxoy and I still have to make a sheath for it, but here it is anyway.
It's a small blade ground down from a drill bit, diy-tempered and diy-heat treated, I left mine a bit thicker than the vid he posted, but it seems to hold an edge well. (I checked before bother to put the handle on it... and a wood drill bit makes for a very uncomfortable handle..:yikes
The handle is blackthorn with sika deer antler bolster and handle end, with deer skin and vulcanized fibre spacers. (pen for scale) oiled with raw linseed
