you tip them out on the kitchen work surface and after your other half has finished chewing your ear off about the creepy crawlys coming out of your prized chicken of the woods :rolmao: you think to your self Hmmmm what the hell do i do with this lot :yikes: ! Ill start, Wild Food by Roger Phillips (if your into mushrooms/fungus his Mushroom/Fungus book is a must) if your into foraging and cooking this will take pride of place in your book shelf, Fantastic photographs and beautiful cooking tips from Pickled purslain to Bog murtle mead and a slight hint of humor added for extra bite, I love to cook (prefer to eat but doesn't every one :rolmao: ) got any new ideas for teasing my taste buds? :?:
