Hi I'm hoping someone can help me. I am trying to get hold of some replacement cartridges for a Travel Well Trekker water purifier made by the above company but can't get in contact with them or find an outlet for them, I've Googled them, tried 118247, Companies house, nothing. Have they gone out of bussiness or changed their name,what? Has anyone had any resent dealings with them?

Was it Pre-Mac that used iodine as part of the system? If so that could be why it is tricky to find one, as the EU I believe banned iodine use in water purification equipment.

It maybe a long shot try the Ray mears site, that's where I bought my last set of filters from, they may have a set knocking around.

In view of the iodine content, I've decided to jettison my PreMac travel well trekker, as my wife is allergic to iodine. It has been primed, but never actually used.
Rather than bin it, anyone is welcome to it for the price of postage.
