I recently bought a DC3 Fällkniven sharpening stone from Woodland Ways, but through Amazon.
The stone arrive on time and in a perfect condition. I found another one today in my inbox, so I called them to tell them that I got a second one.
Apparently they received some notification from Amazon that my stone did not arrived or that it was held in Customs by the Germans (that happens quite often, but not in this case) so they decided to send another one just to make sure that I receive my stone.
When I told them that the 1st one arrived with no problems their answer was "No worries, keep the second one with our compliments or give it to a friend as a X-mas present".
Again, I have no connection at all with them, but as a (satisfied) customer the least I can do is a to share my experience.
