A tweak on the traditional recipe, with a bit of cauliflower fungus, hedgehog fungus and porcini in with the bacon, loads of home made porcini dust in the egg mix with a good sprinkling of dried wild garlic and ground jack by the hedge seeds for a bit of mustard bite. Absolutely insane umami flavours!
