Polarguard 3D insulation Supplier

Hi

I am looking for a UK supplier of the above.

I need to modify my Ray Way sleeping quilt and once you have bought from them they no longer respond to emails.
I have started sleeping cold and the obvious thing to do is to remove the insulation through the foot of the quilt and replace it with three, rather than two layers, or put in two thicker layers.

I've tried googling but without success and Pennine Outdoor don't stock it.
