Anyone here refurbish pipes?

I have a bunch of estate pipes in need of a little refurb but I'm somewhat unsure as where to start on the bowls. I can do corncobs and the stems, sterilising and reaming of hardwoods.. but I don't fancy just having at it with my fancy vintage rusticated briar Petersons etc.

Does anyone here do it to a professional standard? Any advice or £ estimates?

Also, any pictures of the ones you guys have cleaned up?

cheers

Petersons will do restoration work on their pipes. I also know that some tobacconist's also do or arrange work on pipes be it repair or restore. Try taking a look at some of the online tobacconist shops, The ones that do work will advertise on their own sites.

Don't know how I missed the replies!

I'm thinking a little restain and polish on my Peterson, it's a 1973 model and has lots its luster. I could probably do it just fine, but haven't tried before so I'm a little hesitant.
