However, I am so struggling with the full size image insertion. Does anyone know if Image shack’s interface has changed? The screen and menu etc on Image shack doesn’t seem to bear any resemblance to BR's tutorial???

I managed the other night just by playing around with imageshack, keep trying on the test forum, I went for this size of picture which I think you alter when uploading the image onto imageshack.

yeah cracked it thanks. Realised that you cant do it from photos that are already on imageshack; and have to resize the pics during the uploading process.
