Thanks nice65!, well Mr HX9 I'm not sure, thinking light wood sheath if I can't find some nice thick leather......you don't have any thick leather do you?

Haha despite the name I'm not actually a hunter. Fish and birds with a slingbow but nothing that big. Both handle options sound great. Definitely interested to see it once it's done!

Y'know hunter if you hit in the same spot again and again you can get through the thickest of things...........you could be the first man in history to take down a buffalo with a slingbow! or maybe just make it fek angry
