Penny whistle help please

Evening.

On the Bushmoot 2010 video by Natural Bushcraft, there is a gentleman sitting on a log playing a tune on a penny whistle. Could someone tell me what the name of this tune is please as I would like to try and learn to play it.

Is it this one?

I don't know the tune, but personally I'd learn it by listening to it and trying to play it.
In fact I probably will, it'll be a nice addition to my repertoire.

Heard back from Stephen, the musician and this is what he says about the tune

I can't get on the forum on the I pad, could you answer for me please.
I know the tune as O'Keefe's slide. It may have other names as most old tunes have though,
