This is the Patagonia fleece jacket that has a wool/sweater-like knitted appearance on the outer but in a lighter weight model, with breathable panels down the sides of the arms and body.
Lightweight is a bit misleading and this is closer to the feel of a jacket than a micro fleece etc.
Condition:
In mostly good nick. It has a little pilling here and there, which would be sorted with a sweater stone. Has mainly been used in the office, never for outdoors stuff, so doesn’t have ruck wear marks.
