I can't guarantee the quality of this but it seems to be the real thing and if people want it for jewellery and decorative projects it's remarkably cheap at £1-09 for 100 feet in a range of colours.

The paracord I mentioned arrived this morning. It's definitely not the real thing so I wouldn't trust it for serious weight-bearing, but it's smooth and perfectly good for decorative work.
