Hi there all :)

Like to make my own lanyards for zippers on my backpack.
I´ve searched the web for instructions how to make these ones
direct attached to the zipper handle but there are none out there.
Someone who´s made it that might be willing to show some
pics of the procedure?

Have a look on Paracordist 's youtube channel he does a lot of good things,

I've done this a couple of times using small monkey fist knots tied around a knot

Cheers

I used a cobra stitch to make LONGGG bracelet/strap - I then tied it off after sticking my knife sheath on it, over my head and shoulder and it means my knife stays tucked away inside my jacket when I'm out and about - stops Joe Public having a panic attack and reporting me as some knife/axe-wielding maniac, and it is really re-usable depending on what I'm doing - I've used it to tie things down into my canoe before now :)

Nice and simple, very quick to make and you have a few lengths of string about your kit should you need them, if not then just easy access to your kit, I use bright string so as to find the zip easily:)

Hope that helps some one in some way,

Southey,
