This knife lanyard went to a friend in Germany who just sent me back the pics. not sure who the knife maker is, I'm waiting to hear back from him - but it sure looks nice!

Its a two strand diamond knot; followed by a four strand round braid to another two strand diamond knot. I usually leave the end cords separate with single strand turks head stopper knots on the end; and a sliding turks head paracord bead to form an adjustable loop. my buddy requested that I bring the ends together into another two strand diamond knot. I don't prefer it this way myself because the loop can snag on brush. the adjustable loop is intended to be used as a thumb thong grip.
