Paracord fid/needle

Made some of these out of copper brake tube. Hand forged point and M4x0.7 thread. Polished on the lathe. Fits paracord and starter cord beautifully - just screw them in the back like a Permalok needle

Used it to make a woggle:

Fids are a handy tool to have for paracord work. you should make a smaller one for microcord and start adding into the weaves.

Don't have any smaller tube. Unfortunately, although it screws in beautifully, it is too fat for 3mm Dyneema

Nice work and a very handy item.

I have an aluminium one but I am sure the thread is smaller, maybe 3mm. Not sure if it makes much difference.
