Hi People,
I'm heading up to the moot for my first time this year. I'm hoping to work on making a canoe paddle. i have a nice chunk of ash that has been bandsawed to the right sort of outline, but haven't had a chance to do any more to it. The moot seemed to be the ideal place to start work on it again.
I was wondering if anyone going to the moot has experience of making paddles and could give me a few tips or pointers. Tea and if available, cake will be handed out as well as gratitude for anyone willing to give up a few minutes of their time. (I may need to buy a bigger kettle...)
