Outhaus have some factory seconds of their "Palmerston Swag" available.
From reading elsewhere, there are 2 issues;
First is a seam that is not fully waterproofed
Second is an eyelet that needs to be moved to allow the poles to be used correctly.
Price is £149 down from £295 - which includes postage in the UK.
I had one arrive yesterday and I shall begin to investigate what can be done to modify it over the next few days.
If anyone else gets one and wants to discuss or show how they fixed theirs, it might make for a good thread.
