Is it private land? I rarely seen people in the "compound" what is it all about?

I know all about it,but if I tell you I'll have to kill you.
The chap who built it is called Dai,he works at Bishops wood and takes people and schoolkids through the woods to show whats there.Areally nice chap,he's there quite often.On the opposite side of the valley is holts feild ,you have probably heard of this.

If you go further past the compound you'll come across anold church and the remains of places people used to live in sheds and old buildings.Best time to go is in winter when the foliage has died back.Some very interesting things to be seen.

I didn't know the Church by the spring was called anold! That's an odd name?
The first picture I posted of a round house is not the one Dai built just up from Caswell car park. If think people are living in the round house near Anold Church.

But, again, what is that occupied round house (and other odd buildings)?
Can anyone spend the night there or is it private,but I can't see how it could be "private" in the middle of council owned woods?
