Optimus R8 multi-fuel stove restoration (Picture Heavy)

Hey everyone!
So for all of you who are still waiting on a continuation of the Lathe adventures, sorry you will have to wait just a little longer for the next episode of that.
But dont worry it is coming soon. As a small intermission I have been spending time on an old Optimus R8 multi-fuel stove that I got from my uncle.
He had it sitting around for the past 15 years with it doing nothing but collecting rust and moisture.

So lets take a look at the before, prepare for some gruesome footage XD

Okay so maybe I was over exaggerating about the condition of the stove, apart from the rusted casing and the weathered brass fittings it was actually not all that bad.
The sticker on the from was looking quite good for an 30 year old outdoor product that was heavily used.
So now it was time to get some restoring done!

The 8R are a good stove, the Russian 'clone' is often referred to as an R8.
