One for the catapult lovers

Hi,
This little catapult progject was started last summer and was put to oneside with other things i had to do. On Boxing day i was board with the tv so i finisded off the little catapult. Its make from 3mm ally, hard wood scale and brazing rod for the pins.

It shoots a mean peanut!!

Great for hunting prey like beetles, and cockroaches, maybe even large stuff like wrens or mice!

You could use those silver ball cake decorations for ammo too!

cracking little catty i made some tiny forks from privet and they shot as good as a full size catty it would easily take small game with right bands. thats a perfect poaching catty, (not that i would poach lol )

Will have to go and pick them off the xmas cake. It makes great fun of shooting the rolled up wrapper off the sweets into the bin lol .
