A quick update following me sending the link to the brother in law which may make you smile.
The one which was sold was in fact a copy of the original and not the one used in the series.The original was blown to pieces at the end of the first series and replaced by another ship.
This Liberator is a model made by Martin Bower but not the "real" one from the TV.
The real one is still a wreck& belongs to a mate of my b-i-law who worked on the series, I'm told.So you didn't really miss out Tony.
