Short overnighter Sat-Sun in Oviksfjällen just west of Östersund. I had a bit varied weather, a quite windy night, a morning with about -2 C, and a quite warm Sunday. Basically walked out, walked around until evening, pitched my tent for the night, walked around some more and got back to my car about 1400 on Sunday.
Notable feature was the glacial melt canyon by mount Dromen
I walked up on a 1190 m "peak" (no climbing, just steep walking), It is the one seen to the left in the picture.
The view was rather nice:
For reasons best described as self-punishment/curiosity/why not I walked over a largish bog (myr), where there were plenty of cloudberry (Rubus chamemorus) flowers. I also saw a Cuckoo bird at about 10 m distance down there, no well worth it.
