I don't have a name for it but it's a light easy to carry and filling:
Ingredients:
1: 1-Mild pepper dried in oven over low heat
2: Dried beans (Black and pinto) from package or dried in oven after boiled
3: Tomatoes dried from package or as above
4: Small package of secret Mexican spice
5: Grated hard cheese of choice
Make a bannock of choice: I just use flour and a little fat and a leavening agent of choice:
Take dry ingredients and mix with a bit of water to make a paste and wrap the bannock around the paste. Cook on rock or make shift oven of choice:
I like spicy food so I use " warmer" ingredients on a cold day makes the stomach warm and is a sure cure for a stuffed up nose.
Sincerely: Woodtramp
