It has a few decent bits in, its very small and in my opinion very expensive. Not worth a trip out for itself, but worth a look if you're in town for other bits.

edit: ps just to say the kit does seem to be well made and the staff are friendly enough when we go in.. And when I say expensive it was something like £240 for a (nice) fleece.

It's always full of oldies with beards (both male and female) boring shop keep with tales of how they once had a jumper or somesuch dullery.
I've never managed to buy anything from there on account of this.

Ditto expensive but worth a quick look if you are in Keswick

I bought a very nice pure wool hat last year , warm and comfy
