what can i say?
a brilliant meet once again with a great bunch of guys n gals, even the sun shone for us!
as usual a wide variety of activities, we spent a bit of time clearing some 30 year growth letting the woodland breath and creating a few more pitches for us too, got to be good
there was some wood carving going on along with a bit of bow drill tuition for our latest member 'freedom' phil who regaled us with stories of life behind bars, not him i hasten to add! and not the beverage type
credit to 'turbogirl' sal, she wields a 5lb axe like a zombie slayer, not one to fall out with!
the car boot was a great success, lots of stuff for sale or swaps, like rats in a dustbin
and not forgetting 'preper' marks superb curry, who kindly supplied and cooked a group meal, delicious, and luckylee for bringing a vast amount of turkey
lots of craic around the fire as usual, a thoroughly good weekend thank you all.
