Bluebell Meet 2019
​

Although these meets are very relaxed and informal with no real agenda, if anyone attending does need instruction or advice on a particular aspect then please ask either here or at the meet. Our regulars have a wealth of combined knowledge backed up with practical experience, and would be only too happy to share this with you. Small individual fires are allowed this meet, dead standing and windfall only.

This meet will be on the middle pitch again.
Parking unless excess rain or snow prohibits, will be on car park 2.
There will be no wood processing for the communal fire this meet.
Please keep to your pitch trail to minimise damage to the display.

A map and compass would be great if there’s enough interest, but I won’t be available on the Saturday though.

I will bring a few instructional aides with me so will have some spare maps, compasses so people can do a comparison and even a few books for reference and advise and printouts for general use.

I can cover part that people want help with or a general overview with an open session to cover anything people want help with. I can incorporate a walk as well, (so we keep off the Bluebells as much as possible ) if people want to test walking on bearings and distance work ( I can make it to suit most people if they want a long or short walk) we can also incorporate a plant id if wanted.
