A nice relaxing meet enjoying natures transformation of the woodland floor. :)

we purposely didn't arrange any activities for this meet that would have damaged the show of bluebells, so saws axes chainsaws etc. were stowed until the next one.

nevertheless the crew managed to fill their day with talk of kit, cooking, trying out new toys, modding techniques, chewing the fat (and the odd kebab!) the bushy car boot of course and we had a dummy run on hanging our new chute too. :)

thanks to those who attended new and old for making this another great meet! anyway enough guff, here's a few pics.... well actually loads of pics!, and i make no apologies for the amount of bluebell shots, i like em :D

on the edge of an overgrown pond there is a commemorative cherry tree and plaque to mark the passing of the current farmers grandmother, Barbara. We as a mark of respect often clean and tidy the plaque and undergrowth beneath the tree. on the other side of the pond stands two decaying chairs untouched for over 30 years since her passing, i can only guess the pleasure and joy the vista of water and her beloved bluebells must have gave them. a hard and sad reminder of our mortality, i hope they can sit together again some day.

Great pics, thanks for sharing Steve. I've never noticed those chairs until you pointed them out in the pic! Good stuff
