I am a lover of bush craft and indigenous living techniques from around the world. I have practised both since childhood!
As an art form I now do native American style quillwork on brain tanned buckskin. I am always looking for new sources of this fantastic material. I do not have access to the raw materials myself anymore. Now that I live in the city.. Boo.
I was bought up in the New Forest.. I need say no more about where my love of the great outdoors comes from!!
I miss the easy access to the beautiful landscape and the freedom. It is like being caged here in the city.
I would love to know if there is anywhere I can freely practise my outdoor and bush craft skills here in Hampshire.
I hope to meet like minded people here.
