I have just tried a chicken tikka made by lookwhatwefound

Nice chunks of chicken and very nice tasting sauce, not a dehydrated pack, just heat gently and enjoy.
Lots of options available purchased this one in tescos for £1.99 no bigger or heavier than a standard ration meal

As badger said, you need to fill them out with rice or pasta as the portions are not large; they are tasty though.
