new joiner here. I am a hobby knifemaker. I like to make knives that can be used outdoors but also knives for the kitchen. At this point, I am making them to teach myself the process of making. Have not sold a single one yet, but would like to do that eventually. I live in the Netherlands (originally from Greece). Not many opportunities for real nature in the Netherlands and not many opportunities to use my knives out there . I thought I'd join this forum and get input on what makes an outdoor knife great from the people that use them more often than I do.
