Can you give us a clue to what it tasted like? It sounds good.

It has a sweet citrusy, nettle flavour. The after taste is similar (but not as strong) to eating nettle leaves.

But without the stung lips ,,, I still haven't got the knack of eating nettle tips safely

Roll them between your thumb and forefinger first to remove the stings I've found that this will only works well in spring when the leaves are young.

With all that sugar im suprised you can taste much else! Can you really taste the nettles well?
