I Was given a very large and wobbly machete a while ago, never used it and never would in it's previous form so though id try and make a blade out of it, here's some pics please ask away if my blunderings intrigue you.

Today's tasks are to shape the but of the handle, drill pin holes, shape and fit scales.

Hahaha never worry about spamming my junk!, it shall be finished , hopefully by tomorrow. might even give making a sheath ago for this, perhaps just so I don't have to let any one of good standing pity my skills.

Tadaa it's all finished, rub with some BOILED linseed oil dun, dun duuuuuun! then a few coats of renaissance wax, sheath is one my friend made for me, hope you like it, and the poor attempt at arty pics.

Its not super shiny, it's a user and I think my favourite knife of the month.

very nice bud, love the sheath, and the knife is looking great, thats one knife i don't own a nesmuk, when me new grinder comes, i'm going to have a crack, thanks to your tutorial mate.
love it, think the handle is perfect for this.
