Hi Chris, I had a look yesterday and it looks like Neemans use silver steel for most of their blades of this design. Hopefully the seller might be able to confirm?

A bit of further research and they also make these from 'Elmax' steel, a 'Swedish powder metallurgy steel'. Don't ask me because I don't know, but the website makes it sound very impressive... Whether it is or not I don't know?
