Name of the lake in the Ray Mears Sweden Episode

I hope somebody can help me out. Does anyone know the exact name of the lake on which the canoeing shots where filmed during the Ray Mears Sweden episode?

It’s the episode where Ray Mears meets Lars Fält on a small Island on the lake.

Maybe someone has insider info

Is there a reason you want that specific lake and island?
Sweden has thousands and thousands of lakes, many of them with islands.

Possibly Lake Vattern as Julius Pettersson blacksmith and knifemaker had his forge in Karlsborg on that lake. From the same series.

Vättern is super boring to paddle in. You can only keep to the edge as the size means if it blows up you get high waves.

I used to live in Jönköping as a kid and also spent a couple of months in Karlsborg lesrning jumping.
