Hi all. Finally got the Pendleton hunter and the honeybee through the post today.

i bought the CS bushman when i first got into bushcraft 6 months ago as i knew it would get battered about and wouldnt matter if i broke it. Its great as a spear lol

I am using the honeybee as a EDC necklace

Enjoy the pics

Hey up matey hows things?

Yeah the sheath fits like a glove no wobble at all and the pull out force is probs a few kilos...

i love the honeybee its on a couple of thin leather thingys i picked up from duttons for buttons in Harrogate.

I tell you what its a mean little blade, razor sharp and a decent friction lock up. Not sure it could take sam down though! he could probably take a few 9mm's!

£9 delivered!

HT

BTW u want to come for a 1-2 nighter up in one of our echo-delta spots?

haha very nice! did the blade not bend at all after being thrown?

nope. its a spring temper on the steel so very bendy under load.. its not bent at all

another thing i noticed while i was playing around with it was that once its attached to the pole its not going anywhere. Theres also a small hole half way down the handle so you can screw it in or whatever seems best..

I know that shoebox lid was born with a price on its head! Spears are so lethal, one of them hitting you would be so nasty. on the last throw you can see the wood take the impact.
