hey guys ive been lurking for ages but ive been traveling the last couple years now im back and making things again! been living in the jungle in guatemala and mexico in a rainbow gathering building giant tarp structures to sleep 100 people and making cob ovens and dealing with tropical thunderstorms and all sorts of bushcraft heaven! i might post some pics of the shelters we made

the biggest knife is my first that i made over a year ago now it has really stood the test of time ive been battoning wood and carving from india to british columbia and its never failed me i love it! the other 3 are new they all use the same 20+ year old oak that my dad bought a load of when i was born to make me a bed and we are still using it, also buffalo horn and different antler from reindeer to red deer and the littlest knive is roe deer antler that i found myself in the woods

this is a sporran i made for myself in guatemala (im scottish :p) its goat hair that i traded for coloring pens and a die tie tshirt haha, the rest of the leather is goat(red) and calf(black) the shell is from the waterfall at the rainbow in palenque

the first sheath i made since i got home and the first time ive wet the leather and stretched it to form it to the wood inserts (any tips on this because it didnt turn out great imo)

Ohhh felix I can't wait to hear/ see the cob ovens :) Sounds like you need a thread of your adventures!

Lovely knives, handles and leatherwork too, the combined materials make those handles just sing out :)
