My first Sheath

Encouraged by my knife making attempts I had a go at making a sheath for it.

It's by no means perfect but I'm pretty please for a first effort and it fits my knife pretty snug.

I really enjoyed working with leather and I guess thats a good job seeing as I have a few feet sq still to use. Belts, strops, a quiver and an arm guard all to follow.

Very nice! If you ever decide to sell one, let me know . I'm not a big fan of my plastic Mora sheath. And, I like the idea of sticking the firesteel in ther next to the knife.

Very good job for your first one. I plan on making one soon. I hope mine turns out as nice as yours. Oldsoldier, if you look on ebay they have a few made in the bushcraft style. I thought about getting one but I want to try my hand at making my own first.
