First let me say a big thankyou to Xunil for his advice and guidance, as well a a nice peice of S30V. Hope you like it, it's a gift for my bro.

Blade: 4.5 inch cutting edge, 5mm CPM S30V blade with distal taper, full flat grind with cryo heat treat by Mick Wardell.

Bolster: Hydrogen extreme buffalo horn

Handle: 5.5 inch stabilised, dyed maple burr.

Cheers for your comments guys. Going from scales to a hidden tang was certainly a learning curve. But I think most of my knives from now on will be hidden tang - less mechanically to go wrong. Especially as my tangs as almost as thick as the handle!
