Multi use for roycroft pack frame

So (hopefully) we are familiar with the Roycroft pack frame demonstrated by Mors Kochanski and taught to him by his Mentor Tom Roycroft.
I've played with one myself and recently my thoughts have turned to what else the frame could be used for as is or if its tweaked a little bit.
One thing thats bubbling around in my mind is it could be used as a back support for a basic chair.
Its on my to try list and i reckon i know how i will do it and in theory itll work.(once ive tested it out i'll pic and share it )
Anyone think of any other uses?

Well it's a basic triangle, so if you have a tripod from large enough poles, it could be lashed and used as shelving support, or even for a makeshift drying rack.
