Tony Bristow
Big blonde fellow, runs the Moot, aka the Boss

He said he started it (in 2003) when he couldn't get in contact with folks who'd been on bushcraft courses with him and he promised to share the photos he'd taken.

He started it as a social sort of thing, a place to share the been, seen, done, hoped to do, ask questions and show what folks had been making
It's still a friendly, family safe site

It kind of grew though

He published the first bushcraft magazine too, then focused more on the site for a while.

He's probably one of the ones who'll be up at the crack of dawn this morning (and yesterday I think) sorting out more of the programming.
