more recycling and a spoon

Used an old ball pein hammer to make an adze. And a little spoon from maple that I carved....Cheers from the desert....

Nice bit of recycling! Looks to be a handy size of adze - l bet it's a pleasure to use.

Nice spoon also. I love the contrast between the heartwood and sapwood.

Thanks.....I do like using the adze.....It's a little on the light side, so if I have lots of heavy wood removal I use the axe. But the adze works perfectly for finer work...
