Any tips on how to remove the handle off my Mora 164 (Spoon knife) without damaging it, I've damaged to blade beyond repair but would ideally like to keep the handle for re-use down the line.

When i did the same thing, i held the blade in a vice and then used a stout stick and a mallet to knock the handle off, gently tapping each side of the blade with the end of the stick on the ferrule it started to move, beware the roll pin in the end of the handle, it will drop and roll to the most inconvenient place (don't ask me how i know lol)

Many thanks, worked like a charm, I put masking tape over the end to save the roll pin, it did however come out still attached to the tang, now just to try get that off :D
