Hi I am on the lookout for a UK supplier of a moose style penknife, which I gather is the style used by Nessmuk. There is 1 on Amazon made by Case but I cant seem to find any others.

Cheers

Chris

I'd highly recommend Great eastern cutlery, 1095 steel, natural scales would realy suit the 'nessmuk' look I prefer the trapper style myself but GEC do the moose in two sizes

#54

and several patterns of the #66 with the Bullwinkle J. Moose being a good one

now personally i'd recommend getting one from tsaknives - half the price and shipping is around $12 but if you want a UK retailer you could ask mike and www.mikesknives.com

he's the sole retailer/importer for GEC in the UK

Not sure when his next buy in will be or what is currently on offer but he's a helpful chap - be warned the knives on the GEC website are produced in limited runs - 150 or so

no worries mate they are great knives I've got a trapper and small ockback trapper and just picked up a fixed blade

definately my favourite maker

Queen cutlery are also worth a look...

www.moonraker.co.uk have and can get their full range
