Modifying a Kent pattern axe

After thinking about it for a while i decided to have a go at turning a car boot buy kent pattern head into a decent carving axe. It worked out really well and i will definitely be having another go, especially as i've given this one to my brother. lots more pics on the blog.

very cool mate! I tunred an old kent pattern I had laying around into somethign I'd use a while back. nice little chopepr now, and worth doing for a fun project!

Hpw did you go about doing yours? I used an angle grinder and some files
