I too have found them hit and miss. They can be helpful one minute and not the next. I have a feeling that a lot of the problems come from the person doing the picking. I often imagine a half awake student just throwing in stuff that "might be" what they mean on the order sheet. They try and put stuff right so these mistakes cost them time and effort so I am sure they wish it was not happening. Maybe the boss needs to treat the pickers with a firmer hand.
Hi. I have defended MM on previous occasions. I agree that you get a hit and miss service but there is no excuse for not replying to emails about your order. That is just bad customer service. " Assassination by web" ?? They do their business on the web they should/ will be judged on the web!!
