Nope, just make sure you update from Edge itself rather than an email or anything. I'm sure you know this.

I don't use it either but from Edge, click on the 3 breadcrumbs in the top right and then on Help and Feedback, then Help and it will take you to a page where you can find the update.

The best thing to do with Edge is download Firefox and set that as your default browser instead.
Edge is poor.
It's espcially bad if you want to link to images (you can't right click on an image and copy image link address). That may not be something you do currently, but it may in the future and you won't be able to.
The best advice is to bin Edge.
I wasn't so keen on Chrome either - it auto-instals updates and one of them crashed my computer. Very annoying. But I can see why a lot of people use in nontheless.
My preference is for Mozilla Firefox.
But just not Edge.
