Mice in Van (again)

I've had friends say that their cat brings in more live mice than it kills indoors

That's because the cat's trying to educate their humans in the art of mouse catching.

OA wee present, and looked so totally miffed to be told to take that out !

Of course it looked miffed, it brought the mouse to you as very apparently you were incapable of hunting them yourself!

It's been back again. Mary's tip about mint essential oil worked well and almost solved the problem. However, I neglected to refresh the make-up pads with more oil and another mouse has had a go, ruining the bag containing the cooking kit in its search- fruitless as I'd removed all the edibles except for some overlooked rooibos tea bags. So, my fault and a lesson for me : must regularly refresh.

The mouse must have a charmed life as it avoided the mouse trap with a tempting peanut for bait. Perhaps I need to replace that too
