Member who carves axe helves from ash.....

I fondly remember a post on here by a member who carved their own axe helves from ash....they had done a number of axes in various sizes and the quality was superb. Now, of course, I can't remember who it was or find the posts....


....anyone help an old and forgetful man?

Nope, wasn't Robin.....someone made nice lambsfoot and other patterns on old Gilpins and the like...

It was Pete or Hedgehog as he is known on here, he did me a wonderful bowl as well. I don't think he visits forums much nowadays though
