Major Oak Festival Sept 12 / 13 - Who is going?

Hello!

Anyone going to the Major Oak festival next weekend? Never been before but it seems quite outdoorsy / bushcrafty - so we are going to take the the little one for a nosy.

Its free to attend, just £3 parking - Sat & Sun 10am-4pm

Heres a bit of info. If anyone is going be nice to say hello as you all give me tip top advice and props and I have never met any of you

Visited Sherwood a couple of weeks ago for a festival and it was excellent.

The one I went to had jousting contests, lots of stalls selling traditionally made items (including rather fetching wooden swords which I bought one of) and plenty of places to eat/drink. It was good fun, kids had a great time and I had a good wander about the forest.
